International Media
Visual media and digital content created abroad in Barcelona. Highlighting short-form video, social graphic design, and storytelling through a global lens.

During two study abroad terms in Barcelona—including my final semester at UC Berkeley—I had the opportunity to lead digital media initiatives across academic and community spaces. Navigating a multilingual environment where Spanish, Catalan, and Italian blended daily challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, communicate fearlessly across language divides, and build genuine connections in an international setting.

Designed to engage incoming study abroad students, I created peer-to-peer digital resources designed to demystify city navigation and cultural adaptation in Barcelona. Filming on location across the city, I translated real-time student experiences into relatable visual guides that humanized the transition into international living.

None of this would have been possible without the support and guidance of UC Berkeley’s Study Abroad Office. Studying at the University of Barcelona was a dream I’ll always cherish, and having the opportunity to head back to my second home through the "Business in Barcelona" program was a sign I couldn't pass on. Returning allowed me to build the skills I need for my career while reconnecting with a place that shaped who I am.
Barcelona will always be a special home away from home.
